For airports: Q&A is currently working on Guangzhou, Zhengzhou, and Ningbo airport projects on planning and improving their commercial programs. Mr. Guo of Q&A had also provided strategic and technical inputs in Beijing, Shanghai, Kunming airports when he manages these projects at ICF. Q&A specializes in new terminal concession program layout design, shop type and concept combination, passenger flow and rent forecast, operator bidding and negotiation, and working with architects to finalize infrastructures to each store and food & beverage unit.
